Our client, an alternative provider of telephone lines and calls for UK-based small and medium-sized enterprises, needed a custom and comprehensive software solution that would help them build strong customer relationship management. To this end, we developed a full featured CRM system (both B2B and B2C), which includes tools and modules such as user right and privilege management, number configuration, and services and rates management. The solution also includes financial and invoicing features, neighboring an ERP in terms of functionality and size.
Feature development and rewriting, development of the mobile version of the solution, bug fixing, new requirement implementation, testing changes and checking if previous use cases still work properly represent our main responsibilities and achievements in this vast project.
The solution is fully functional, used intensively and with excellent results. It is also available as a Web application that clients of our customer can use on a subscription basis.
We are still doing integrations for various customers of our client as well as for companies belonging to their group. The client is happy with the CRM and keeps asking us to enhance it with new features, mainly for integration and custom reporting.
The technologies used for the project include Perl 5, Bootstrap 2, jQuery, MySQL, nginx.
